With an exceptional track record in industrialization of innovation, operational excellence, and business transformation, Stéphane has consistently driven growth and built competitive advantages across global markets. A Swiss entrepreneur at heart, Stéphane combines strategic foresight with a hands-on leadership style, fostering high-performing teams and delivering sustainable results. His entrepreneurial mindset and deep understanding of industrial ecosystems are at the core of GrowthLenz's mission to revolutionize equipment management solutions.

Stephane Daniel Bezencon

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Anders is a seasoned leader with more than 30 years of experience in the global cement and mining industry. His career features transformative initiatives and strategic growth across international markets, including heading operations in Brazil, China, India, Italy, and Thailand as well as being responsible for sales and execution in the APAC and EMEA regions.
He is known for his clear communication and for creating ownership around well-defined targets. He balances operational excellence with strategic vision, aiming at sustainable growth and measurable outcomes.
Anders holds a MSc in mechanical engineering from the Danish Technical University.

Strategic Advisor

A Transformational Leader, reshaping operations and business excellence, Swami stands as a beacon of operational excellence and transformative leadership, with over three decades of experience driving service growth, innovation, and efficiency across diverse industries - Industrial Equipment Suppliers, Automation, Aerospace and FMCG . During his career of over 33 years Swami has spearheaded strategic initiatives that have redefined aftermarket services using technology, process, data insights & Installed base management to give breakthrough results. With a proven track record in implementing cutting edge digital tools and process frameworks he has improved operational performance & profitability. Earlier in his career, he honed his expertise in quality systems and manufacturing excellence.

Chief Operations Officer (COO)

Yan has 30 years’ experience in Investment and Private Banking. He worked for Banque Indosuez, Credit Agricole (in Paris and London) and Credit Suisse (Gibraltar). A graduate from La Sorbonne and Columbia Business School, Yan has co-founded Hyperion (Hyperion.gi), the BrightMed Festival and diversified successfully Hyperion’s activities into real estate under the label Our Town (Ourtown.gi). Our Town became an award winner development company in Gibraltar. Yan is currently joining GrowthLenz as a shareholder and Finance supervisor. He is also co-founding a therapies and coaching on line plateforme called MyEntourage.

With a background in psychology and a passion for behavioral science, Radha brings emotional intelligence to leadership and has delivered impactful programs in team dynamics, change management, and leadership effectiveness. She is known for bridging strategy and execution, creating lasting business value by aligning performance, process, and people.
